RESORTS CLUB INTERNATIONAL CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC RECORD E-SIGN, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001, et seq.), requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with Resorts Club International, LLC before an online version of the Resorts Club International Vacation Membership is entered into. Please read the following information carefully. Should you enter into an online Vacation Membership Agreement ("the Agreement"), you will not be required to submit paper application. The entire agreement between you and Resorts Club International will be evidenced by an electronic record. To enter into the Agreement, you must additionally electronically acknowledge that you agree to the terms of the Resorts Club International Policies and Procedures. To access these documents and enter into the Agreement, you will need the following hardware and software: A Personal Computer (PC) with Modem or other Internet Access device, operational Internet browser software (E.G. Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer), and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Should there ever be a change in equipment or software necessary to access the terms of the Agreement, Resorts Club International will advise you of the same and will provide you with a list of the equipment and software that is necessary. Upon such event, you may withdraw your consent. Your consent will apply to all transactions between you and Resorts Club International. You may withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records at any time. However, should you do so; the Agreement will be automatically terminated. To withdraw your consent (and thereby terminate the Agreement), or update your personal information, you may do so by sending written notice to: Support@ResortsClubInternational.com. During the enrollment process, you will have the ability to read, download, print, and retain the Policies and Procedures for future reference. Additionally, you may request printed copies of those documents by contacting Resorts Club International at Support@ResortsClubInternational.com. Your request must include your Name, your Username, your mailing address, and your email address. Upon receipt of such a request, Resorts Club International will mail you the current version of each document. There is a $10.00 charge for this service. By entering into the Agreement, you agree that Resorts Club International may amend the same (including the Policies and Procedures) at its sole discretion at any time. You may obtain a copy of the version of these documents that were in effect at any time after you entered into the Agreement. Prior Versions are archived by Resorts Club International. Should you wish to obtain a copy of any version of the Policies and Procedures since the date of your enrollment, send a written request to Support@ResortsClubInternational.com. Your request must include your Name, your Username, your mailing address, and your email address. Please be certain to specify the date of the version that you wish to receive. Upon receipt of such a request, Resorts Club International will mail you the current version of each document. There is a $10.00 charge for this service. The most current version of the Policies and Procedures are always available at Resorts Club International official website for viewing, printing and downloading. RESORTS CLUB INTERNATIONAL Policies and Procedures Membership Terms and Conditions Resorts Club International, LLC. has prepared the following Terms and Conditions in order to answer Member questions and to help avoid misunderstandings. We hope you will find them helpful. 1. You agree that you have read the http://www.ResortsClubInternational.com website completely and watched or listened to each Audio and Video. These are the ONLY facts that you have based your decision in reference to purchasing this product. Any details or promises made by Independent Affiliates that do not match what you see on this Website should be considered invalid. 2. Occupants must be at least 22 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian. 3. Reservations may be made online. Please ensure that your accommodation request form is complete. We ask that your request be submitted at least 6 days in advance of your planned travel. 4. Your Resort accommodation will be for 7 nights and 8 days. Unless otherwise specified, partial weeks are not available. Members wishing to extend their stays for additional days should contact the Resort directly to make their own arrangements. 5. Accommodation provided will be in a two-bedroom, one bedroom or studio suite. Unit size varies according to the season and location. 6. At check-in, you will be expected to present your written confirmation, a major credit card and a driver’s license. 7. Confirmations are for accommodation only and do not include food, transportation or items of a personal nature. 8. All suite accommodation is subject to resources. During peak seasons and holidays, certain Resorts may not be available. 9. All confirmations are final. Each Resort has its own specific check-in and check-out dates and times. 10. Once a holiday has been ACCEPTED, you will be immediately responsible for payment, and the holiday can not be cancelled. 11. Confirmation certificates may not be transferred or sold. 12. To ensure Members receive priority access to available accommodation during July, August and peak holiday periods, guest certificates are restricted during these times. 13. The Member named in the confirmation must be present at the time of check-in. 14. Your confirmed reservation must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. 15. Rental of these units by Members or persons acting on behalf of Members to third parties is strictly prohibited. Unit occupancy restrictions are strictly enforced. 16. Please contact the Resort directly if you anticipate a late arrival. 17. All accommodations are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. 18. Should there be any problems upon check-in, please contact Membership Services immediately. Membership reserves the right to remedy booking problems prior to the guest securing alternative accommodation, or committing to any costs. Resorts Club International, LLC. is not responsible for acts of nature that may inconvenience travelers.
